Course Descriptions

   Vinyasa Flow

This course is taught in the Vinyasa style, which is a flowing yoga combining movement with breathing.  Suitable for any level of yoga experience, this class will contain components that will both strengthen and stretch the whole body. It is very important to keep strength and flexibility in balance within ourselves in order to not lack in one or the other, which can lead to various inbalances or even injury in the body.  Class will generally include pranayama (breath work), a nice flow containing Sun Salutations and various other asana (poses) and a cool-down leading into Savasana (relaxation pose).
